One team for the building and what goes inside
For plants, industrial facilities and complex commercial projects, A1 works in conjunction with two engineering partners, so one team covers the building, its structure and the equipment inside it. Licensed partners seal the engineering sheets.

- PermitA complete, coordinated drawing set, ready for permitting and bidding. We handle the permit process for you and expedite it until it is approved.

Questions
Do you design pre-engineered metal buildings?
Yes: warehouses, shops, flex suites and barndominiums, including the site plan and the permit drawings.
Can you work on plant equipment and controls?
Yes, through our partners: JC & J Engineering for structural, mechanical, electronics and controls, and Seridme for machining, heat exchangers and pressure vessels.
Do you take projects outside Houston?
Yes. Most of our work is across Texas, and we take on projects anywhere in the U.S.
