Seals and local permits
Every state, and often every city, has its own code and its own rules on which drawings need a seal from an architect or engineer licensed there. We can't seal drawings in every state, so we tell you at the start what your permit office needs and plan the drawings around it.

Can you design my project if it is not in Texas?
Yes. We have designed projects in 20 other states. Send us the address, the survey and what you want to build, and we will confirm the local code and permit requirements at the start.
Can you seal drawings in my state?
Not in every state. Tell us where the project is, and we will tell you up front whether your permit office requires a seal from a professional licensed there.
